Archilier Architecture has been announced as one of six international firms shortlisted to enter the second phase of the Architectural Design Competition for the Wumart South Technology headquarter in Shenzhen, China.

Wumart South Technology Co., Ltd is one of the oldest and largest modern circulation enterprises in China. It is the leading enterprise in Futian District in Shenzhen, China. This headquarters will be located at Futian Central District, the center of Shenzhen city. The office tower will have a floor area of 90,000 m2, with a maximum height of 215 meters. The project will comprises of Class A office, Exhibition, Retail, and Multi-functional Performance, as well as supporting service spaces.

​58 international firms submitted design proposals along with portfolios and qualification documents during the first phase of the competition. After five rounds of review and voting, the seven-members judging committee selected six design firms along with two alternates for the second phase of the competition.​

Result of competition will be released in July 2021.
