Architecture is very proud to announce another major milestone to our Qingdao Hai Tian Center project. On June 30, 2019, a Structural Core topping off ceremony was held for the 369 meter tall tower. The signature tower of this over 5 million square feet mixed-use project will house the future St. Regis Qingdao Hotel, Class A office, as well as the tallest observation deck in the Shandong province. Our CEO, Mr. Kai Sheng, was on hand to celebrate this joyous occasion, and many local media outlets were present to report and commemorate this event.
The remaining super structure is estimated to be completed by this fall. Completion of project is expected to be in year 2020.
